This should be fixed, at least for now. One column in the report is a concatenated list of the barforce notes. If a student has too many notes, this error can occur. I reduced the concatenated note from 200 char per note to 150 char per note.
There is a student rep that is using the barforce notes as a journal of her Barbri activity. She currently has 44 barforce notes on her own account. If she keeps increasing the number of notes she has, we will hit this error again and we will need to reduce again what is included in the concatenated list.
The student is below. She should be encouraged to not continue adding barforce notes to her student account.
